Sharing my Experience of the Best Weight Loss program (for me and my girlfriend).

Yes, we're overweight (a little bit) but we refuse to starve! Safety goes first.

Hello! We are John and Andriana and have decided to share our last months experience. We have some extra pounds, but as far as I know, we find each other sexy :-).

Problem is that during October 2007, we went to visit (for a week) two friends of ours. They had found the willpower to loose their extra weight and that was when we first started to see ourselves as a little bit "flabby". I discussed it with Andriana and we began looking for solutions, nothing to loose right?

Well, wrong! Long story short, Starvation is not Safe and does not work! Getting dizzy can create serious damage (as I learned later). If you are already trying a negative calorie diet or something, please read on!


How we lost weight fast (and as far as I can see, safely).

I will not insult your intelligence with some photos of my "big belly" before, and my "ripped abs" after trying the "fat loss for idiots com book" because you know and I know how stupid and discouraging this is.

Instead let me tell you what happened to me and Andriana after purchasing and downloading the fat loss 4 idiots plan.

First of all, we didn't loose 9lbs in 11 days. Yep, that would be a lie. But I lost 6 (indeed in one and a half week) and Andriana lost 4, following their program to the letter.

What is important, is that we lost more the following week and have Not got it back!

They gave us a menu with every food we told them we love, and we had to eat 4 times per day (so that we didn't starve). What I haven't told you yet is that we decided to exercise a little bit more (nothing serious, just walking for 15 minutes instead of taking the bus). This could be of importance or not, but that's what has happened to us.

After the first 11 days, we were supposed to eat whatever we wanted for another 3 days! The first day we were afraid to do so, but the next two we had some fun...

Finally, they gave us a plan to keep our weight where we want for life.

Nothing to do with the strict rules of Atkins or other diets, just some rules. Incredible? Life can be sweeet!

Some of my new beliefs.

It is true that a great part of the modern economy is based on beauty and diets. I can give no other explanation of why most diets are ineffective. They are built to keep lifetime customers. Our bodies can not take so much pressure, you already know that they store more fat if they feel they loose their normal calorie and food income. I truly believe that we must begin trusting our gut more than some "doctors" and authority figures (especially if they charge an arm and a leg...).

I don't want to sound negative but that's what I've been thinking lately.
